I work with adults who may look steady on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of themselves inside. Our work creates room to understand the “why” behind your feelings, patterns, and reactions so you can reconnect with a clearer, more grounded sense of self.
Sessions are relational, collaborative, and depth-oriented. Together, we’ll explore your internal world with curiosity and compassion, using research-informed practices to support clarity, healing, and meaningful change. Therapy moves at your pace - gently, intentionally, and with care.
