Therapy and Workshops
Individual Therapy for Adults (18+)
50 mins | $210
Therapy is a space just for you - a place to slow down, breathe, and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. I work with adults who may look steady on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of themselves inside. Our work creates room to understand the “why” behind your feelings, patterns, and reactions so you can reconnect with a clearer, more grounded sense of self.
Sessions are relational, collaborative, and depth-oriented. Together, we’ll explore your internal world with curiosity and compassion, using research-informed practices to support clarity, healing, and meaningful change. Therapy moves at your pace - gently, intentionally, and with care.
Therapy with me may be a good fit if you’re navigating:
Anxiety, overthinking, or persistent internal pressure
Perfectionism, burnout, or feeling like you’re “holding it all together”
Identity shifts, transitions, or a sense of not feeling like yourself
Relationship patterns that feel confusing or familiar
A desire to understand yourself more deeply and move toward alignment
Therapy is a meaningful investment in yourself and your well-being. My goal is to create a space where our work feels grounding, insightful, and aligned with what you’re hoping for.
If you feel ready to reconnect with yourself in a deeper, more intentional way, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. Schedule your consultation.
Please note that all services are virtual only. We’ll meet through a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. I am licensed to see clients in California, Oregon and Pennsylvania.
Couples Therapy
50 mins | $240
Couples therapy is a space to slow down together, understand what’s happening beneath your interactions, and reconnect with one another in a more grounded and intentional way. I help partners make sense of the emotional patterns, protective strategies, and communication cycles that shape their relationship, especially when things feel tense, distant, or confusing.
My approach is warm, relational, and attachment-informed. We move at a pace that feels steady for both partners, creating room for clarity, repair, and deeper connection.
Couples therapy may be a good fit if you’re navigating:
• Feeling more like roommates than partners
• Tension, miscommunication, or recurring arguments
• Changes in intimacy, desire, or emotional closeness
• The impact of major transitions (such as early parenthood, moving, or career changes)
• A desire to understand each other more deeply and strengthen the relationship
Curious whether couples therapy is right for you? Schedule a free 15-minute consultation to explore your questions and get a sense of the fit. Schedule your consultation.

Premarital Counseling
50 mins | $240
Premarital counseling offers a grounded, reflective space for partners to strengthen their connection and enter marriage with clarity and intention. Rather than moving through a rigid curriculum, we focus on your unique relationship - the patterns, histories, strengths, and hopes that shape how you move through the world together.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and attachment-informed. We explore what feels most meaningful to you as a couple and move at a pace that supports emotional safety and understanding.
Premarital counseling can support you in exploring:
• Communication and conflict patterns — how you express needs and navigate differences
• Emotional connection & attachment — what creates closeness, safety, or distance
• Family-of-origin influences — the models you want to carry forward or shift
• Roles, expectations & shared vision — aligning around hopes and responsibilities
• Intimacy & sexual connection — understanding needs, comfort, and desire
• Finances & lifestyle — navigating values, routines, and practical decisions
• Parenting expectations (if applicable) — hopes, fears, and division of emotional labor
• Long-term goals & meaning — strengthening the “us” you’re building
Some couples come for 6-8 sessions; others continue longer because the work becomes a meaningful foundation for their relationship. There is no required number of sessions. We follow what feels supportive.
If you’re preparing for marriage or partnership and want to deepen understanding, strengthen communication, and enter this chapter with intention, premarital counseling can help you build a steady foundation.
Please note that all services are virtual only. We’ll meet through a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. I am licensed to see clients in California, Oregon and Pennsylvania.

“The most beautiful people I have known are those who have known suffering, known struggle, known loss, and found their way out of the depths. These persons have an appreciation, a sensitivity, and an understanding of life that fills them with compassion, gentleness, and a deep loving concern. Beautiful people do not just happen.”
— Elisabeth Kubler-Ross
