Individual Therapy for Adults (18+)

 

Therapy is a space just for you - to pause, reflect and gently explore what’s been weighing on your mind and heart. Together we will identify the areas you want to explore, the goals that feel meaningful to you, and the patterns or pain points that may be keeping you stuck. Our work will unfold at your pace, with intention and care.

Sessions are 50 minutes and typically held at the same time each week to create rhythm and consistency in your care.

I know that therapy is an investment - of your time, energy, and resources - and I do my best to make sure it feels meaningful and worthwhile.

Please note that at this time, all services are virtual only. We will meet through a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth application. I am licensed to see clients in California, Oregon and Colorado.
